▪ As its adult cakes website, once the user clicks on the agree button of pop up that comes when you open the website, the User certifies that he/she is of the age of majority as per the laws applicable in your area and/or jurisdiction but in neither case below Eighteen (18) years of age and you don’t have any objection with the image of the adult cakes on our website.
▪ By placing an order for any of the Products you confirm that you satisfy the age requirements necessary to buy that Product from our Website.
▪ Food Delivery, Goods, and Services purchased from this Website are intended for your use only and you warrant that any Goods purchased by you are not for resale and that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the Services.
▪ When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. You must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect.
▪ The total price for Food Delivery, Goods or Services ordered, including delivery charges and other charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order.
▪ You need to pay 50 % amount at the time of placing an order. You can pay through PAYTM or TEZ (9890124947) or via any bank transfer
▪ Your visit, dealing and/or transaction at the Website shall be treated as your representation that you are competent to enter into valid legal contracts as per the laws applicable in your area and/or jurisdiction
▪ Product taste, appearance or shape may vary as it is a food item. But we will try to give the best of expertise to give you quality products.
▪ For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 10 pm to 11.45pm. For midnight delivery 150 Rs extra will be charged.
▪ For daytime delivery, delivery time ranges from 11 am to 10 pm.
▪ The recipient should check the products delivered.
▪ If the product delivered found damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept it and immediately inform us.
▪ Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing a delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
▪ In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor.
▪ The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:
- Wrong address
- Recipient not available at premises
- Premises locked
- Unreachable or incorrect phone number of recipient
- Recipient refused the products.
▪ We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the order will be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per selected time.
▪ Address Change requests – Yes we allow address change anywhere in Pune, you need to inform us before the order is dispatched.
▪ Delivery may take longer due to:
1. Bad weather
2. Political disruptions
3. Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.
Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 3 to 4 days in advance.
▪ Delivery to Hotels Policy
∙ We deliver products in the hotels and please be aware to make the following information available:
∙ Hotel name
∙ Full address of the hotel
∙ Telephone number of the recipient and the hotel
∙ The name of the recipient
∙ Room number of the recipient
∙ Name of Tour Company, if applicable
If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by the delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed and no refund will be made in such cases.
